Thank you for shopping at Jay White Creations. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and transparently as possible.

1. Processing and Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: packages under 3 pounds are $13. packages over 3 pounds are $23 (3 – 5 business days).

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within United States

  • Note: We do not ship to outside the United States

4. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our products:

  • USPS
  • UPS

5. Tracking Information

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at jaywhite@jaywhitecreations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
